1. Operator

These terms are intended to apply between the user and the ELA operating entity (registration pending), with registered address registered address to be published after registration (“ELA”). The operating entity and contact details will be published when established. These website terms do not replace the definitive agreement governing paid ELA services.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and to learn about ELA. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading content.

3. Product and account terms

Access to the ELA application may be governed by a separate subscription agreement, order form, acceptable-use policy and data processing agreement. Marketing descriptions are not a substitute for those contractual documents.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding and design are owned by or licensed to ELA. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without permission, except where applicable law allows.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The final terms must be reviewed for applicable Qatar law and any other relevant jurisdictions.

Last updated: 27 October 2026. ELA has not yet designated a legal/privacy contact email. Do not send personal or confidential information through this marketing website. Governing law and dispute resolution for paid ELA services will be stated in the applicable signed customer agreement.
